Big updates to the Smart Match feature this week:
In Smart Match results and email alerts, you’ll see more informative match labels, sharing why a job matches your resume and any additional flags you’ll need to check for (e.g., a job’s regional requirement if you don’t have any location data in your resume)
Plus, the Smart Match logic has been improved in a variety of ways:
More focus on experience levels
More scrutiny on potential leadership titles (e.g., “Manager” doesn’t always mean a people manager!)
Improved ordering with internal relevance scores
Further, in your Account page under the Resume section, you can now select Tailor My Smart Match which gives you even more individualized results. This allows you to:
Specify whether you’re looking for Individual Contributor or Management roles (or both)
Decide whether any industries should take priority or be excluded
Include more job titles you’re seeking
