Hope you had a great MLK Holiday yesterday.

Work from home is “thriving under the radar” according to this Business Insider article, meaning that even those companies with seemingly strict RTO policies in place are making many exceptions.

Some companies are backtracking from their policies entirely, and some are quietly acting in opposition of what their executives announced.

As I was reading this article, Netflix came to mind. Netflix’s co-CEO called remote work a “pure negative” a few years ago, but Netflix now has over 200 fully remote job openings.

It’s just another reminder that while the media loves to share polarizing headlines like “Is Remote Work Dead?” — remote work is quite obviously a benefit for employees and their employers, and there’s no chance it decreases over time.
