Good Morning,
We added 50 more companies to the job board this week, including 14 new remote-first companies.
Something I’ve confirmed to be true while rebuilding this job board: the largest companies often don’t have remote-first policies in place, even if they have tons of remote openings. There are a variety of reasons for this, and one of the obvious ones is that they’re typically older companies that were built with an in-office workforce. Why fix something that, in their eyes, isn’t broken?
But the companies we added this week were mostly companies under 1,000 employees — and whether they are newer, more tech-forward, or simply easier to manage, companies at that size are more likely to have remote-first policies, or at least to be “remote-friendly.”
For those on the job hunt, keep on trucking in what’s been a tough job market to weather. We’ll keep adding more and more companies for you to find your next remote gig.
